All Content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and compilations, is the property of Workplace Rewards Network Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

Where the Services require account registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Workplace Rewards Network Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Workplace Rewards Network Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Workplace Rewards Network Ltd regarding the Services.
